How do I get started?
Start the free trial: create your workspace, adopt a standard and work in it for 14 days with no card. Subscribe from inside the workspace when you are ready, or book a demo first.
Can I change plans?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the next invoice.
How is billing handled?
Annually, in advance, by card through Stripe. Invoices and receipts are issued by Stripe with our company details, and any applicable tax shown separately.
Where is my data?
In Australia. Encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per tenant and enforced by the database.
What about the templates?
More than 400, included on every plan. During the trial five common policies are open to read and edit and the rest are visible but locked; exports unlock when you subscribe.
Do you charge per standard, per user band or by company size?
No. Each plan is one flat rate. Growth and above include every standard we support; Starter includes one.
How is AI billed?
Each plan carries a monthly AI budget. Every call is logged with model, tokens and cost and shown in your workspace. When the budget is spent, AI features pause; nothing else does.
Can our auditor log in?
Yes. Time-boxed, read-only access scoped to the pack, on Growth and above. Every view is logged.
