Terms of Service

The agreement between ISO Assist and the organisation that creates a workspace.

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between ISO Assist Pty Ltd (we, us) and the organisation that creates a workspace on the platform (you). The person who accepts these terms warrants that they are authorised to bind that organisation. Our company details, including our ABN, appear on every invoice.

2. What the service is

A hosted compliance management platform: a system of record for your management system documents, registers, assessments, evidence and reports across the standards you choose to adopt.

The platform does not certify you, and it is not a certification body, auditor or legal adviser. Content packs summarise the structure of published standards for implementation purposes; they are not the standards themselves, and you must hold your own licensed copies. Whether your management system conforms to a standard is determined by your certification body, not by any status or score in this product.

3. Your account and security

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
  • You must keep credentials secure. Owner, administrator and MSP-manager roles are required to enrol a second authentication factor.
  • API keys you issue act with your authority within your workspace. Revoke them when they are no longer needed.
  • You must not attempt to access another organisation's workspace or data, probe the service for vulnerabilities outside our disclosure policy, or use the service to store content that is unlawful.

4. Your data

You own your content. We process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum. You may export a complete copy at any time, and you may request destruction of the workspace from within the product. Destruction proceeds after a seven-day grace period; your append-only audit log is retained as the record of what occurred for 12 months from the date of each entry. Your data is stored and processed in Australia.

5. Artificial intelligence features

Some features use a large language model at defined points: interpreting free text you provide, drafting document text, summarising gaps, suggesting document-to-requirement mappings, reviewing evidence, and answering questions from your records. These outputs are proposals for a person to accept or reject. Nothing is approved, published or marked compliant by AI. Every AI call is logged with its cost and visible to you. Your content is not used to train models.

6. Availability and support

We operate the service with the care described on our security page and aim for continuous availability. Scheduled maintenance is notified in advance where practicable and published on the status page. Support is by email and in-app during Australian business hours; Professional and MSP plans receive priority handling. Service credits apply only where agreed in a separate written schedule.

7. Fees

Plans are charged annually in advance at the flat rate shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe, in Australian dollars, plus GST where applicable. Payment is by card through our payment provider, which issues the invoice and receipt. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated for the remainder of the term; downgrades take effect at renewal. We give at least 30 days' notice before renewal of any change to plan pricing. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

8. Suspension and termination

You may cancel renewal at any time from within the product; access continues to the end of the paid term. We may suspend access for non-payment after 14 days' notice, or immediately where your use threatens the security or integrity of the service or breaches these terms. On termination you retain the right to export your data for 30 days, after which the deletion process in section 4 applies.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. We are not liable for the outcome of any certification audit or regulatory assessment.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified to workspace owners by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
